This position formulates and defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects and is responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results in addition to preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
This position has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.
