The Systems Engineer Team Lead is responsible to the Director of IT Operations and Engineering for ensuring the success and ongoing operation of the corporate systems infrastructure including incident management, problem management, adherence to SLAs, setting outstanding customer service expectations, capacity and availability management, team performance and process improvement. The position is a management and technical role in the Information Systems Team.
