Digital Platform Support Manager

Support customer facing websites, mobile applications and services. Responsible to manage all support activities including but not limited to Incident Management, Problem management, Monitoring, identifying and addressing implementation gaps, Change management for the Digital Platform.

Digital Platform Support Manager Skills & Requirements

-8+ years of proven service delivery experience in application support with large scale business applications
-3+ years of experience managing support for enterprise applications (packaged software and / or custom-development works)
-Experience and demonstrated competency in managing resources, tasks, contracts, scope, and budgets for projects in the context of large, enterprise-wide technology initiatives
-Solid understanding of project financial budgets, variance management and reporting.
-Strong product management mind-set and skills including experience with and a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional business requirements, application and operational requirements
-Experience leading technical issue resolutions and developing plans including resource allocation/scheduling.
-Desired experience and demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Visio.
-BS/BA in MIS, Computer Science, Business or Mathematics.

-Knowledge of restaurant business
-Knowledge of other retail business
-Experience with one or more of the following areas:
• Oracle ATG e-commerce or other e-commerce solutions
• Endeca Search Engine
• Mobile Application Support
-Web user interface (UI) design
-Knowledge of restaurant business
-Knowledge of other retail business
