Sr. Network Engineer Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience with Cisco routers, firewalls and switches

-Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems.

The Tier 2 GSOC Engineer is the core support tier for the client network with responsibility for resolving 80% of incidents in the production environment. While Data Center network focused this position is part of a multi discipline team that collaboratively provides support for a large and complex environment.

Global Operations Center Situation Manager Requirements:
– College degree from accredited university (Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science preferred). Technical certification in Computer Science, related telecommunications field and experience is also acceptable.
– Previous experience within Major Incident Management
– Technically competent with excellent interpersonal skills. Situation Manager should have a range of technical skills across the technologies that are supported, including networks, servers and applications.
– Troubleshooting skills. Strong fundamental troubleshooting and fault management skills are essential.

– Work closely with organizational management and peers to identify and execute upon process improvement opportunities in areas like Incident, Problem and Change Management.
– Demonstrated ability to facilitate problem management and continuous improvement initiatives that build client relationships
– Good understanding of the technology area and working understanding across all infrastructure components.
Very strong analytical skills: The ability to analyze, interpret and use data to provide actionable insights.

Global Services Operations Center Manager

GLOBAL SERVICES OPERATIONS CENTER MANAGER – CONTRACT TO HIRE – ORLANDO, FL

This position is NOT eligible for subcontractors or those that require sponsorship

Operations Center Manager Education/Experience:
•Minimum of 15 yrs overall IT experience preferably with a combination of engineering and operational background
•Minimum of 10 yrs operational experience with at least 5 in a Management role
•Strong network background consisting of various Cisco, F5 and Juniper hardware preferably with current or recent related certifications
•Solid experience and the ability to demonstrate previous success in a geographically diverse 7×24 support model
•Highly experienced with ITIL based processes, ITIL certification preferred
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a network operations center performing as an individual contributor or Manager
•Experience in the systems support space including Microsoft Server, Microsoft Exchange and messaging technologies

Operations Center Manager Responsibilities:
•Real time workload management and queue management including tracking of new or existing incidents ensuring timely handling and escalations occur
•Review daily, weekly and monthly metrics to identify areas of concern taking corrective action as needed
•Provide timely feedback/coaching to direct reports on a variety of technical, procedural & communication related topics
•Serve as an escalation point for internal and external customer issues
•Resource time management ensuring shift coverage is maintained
•Audit ticket documentation to ensure quality and timeliness of updates
•Mentor Tier 1 staff on event handling & response
•7x24x365 high availability is required

Systems Engineer

SYSTEMS ENGINEER – PERM – ORLANDO, FL

Systems Engineer Requirements:
-3-5 years of network/firewall/switches & hubs
-Develop and maintain login scripts
-Proficient in MS Office
-Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Server Systems, Citrix, TCP/IP, HP/IBM/Dell servers, VMware
-Network troubleshooting
-Active Directory

Systems Engineer Pluses:
-Experience with SCCM
-Skype for Business

Responsibilities:
•Responsible for resolving level 3 issues on all internal systems, applications and infrastructure
•Set up, configure, support and apply internal Windows server and workstation system updates and patches.
•Monitor system performance and provide security measures, troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
•Work with systems analysts, programmers, and top-level managers in the testing and deployment of systems.
•Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate identification and remediation of repeat issues.
•Monitor systems to ensure availability to all users and perform necessary maintenance to support availability.
•Implement system security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware
•Maintains systems, applications, security, and network configurations.
•Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment.
•Work with other systems analysts, programmers, and top-level managers in the design, testing and evaluation of systems.
•Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements.
•Monitor system performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
•Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems, and to coordinate computer system access and use.
